Product description
This casting echolot is designed for the wider fishermen. It is suitable for mapping the locations where the fish are located and for determining the depth. It can be used on all water surfaces, it is works on the principle of sound waves propagation. The use of the sonar is very simple. After inserting the batteries into the sonar and the battery CR2032 ( included ) into the probe, the probe can be cast to the required distance. Slowly winding the probe to the shore so you can map individual sections of the water areas. The probe automatically switches on after contact with water. After fishing, it is advisable to remove the battery from the probe and store it in a dry place for its good condition and longer life. The sonar can be worn on the neck or held in hand.
The main functions of sonar are fish searching and depth measurement.
After turning on the sonar and inserting or throwing the probe into the water, the current depth is displayed in the upper right corner of the display. The depth gauge shows whether the water depth is less than 0.7 meters or deeper than 45 meters, ie outside the range of the sonar.
If the sonar detects a fish, a fish-shaped icon will appear on the display. Sonar can recognize large and small fish. The bar on the right side of the screen shows the position of the fish. The fish icon changes and updates every 5 seconds.
The algae indicator icon appears on the screen when the sonar detects an aquatic plant. If two or more algae icons appear on the display at the same time, the sonar has detected a large area of aquatic plants.
When the stone icon appears, there are small stones and fragments at the bottom. Two stone icons indicate a large area of stones or water obstacles. When the three rock icons appear, there are large rocks, fragments, and fallen trees on the waterbed.
Sonar also indicates the current air pressure.
