Product description
For many years, SPORTEX rods have been considered one of the best among popular carp rods, especially thanks to their perfect design, excellent values in action and their functionality. The blanks are made of high quality fibers with a high content of HM (high modulus) carbon or carbon reinforced with Kevlar HT-Cross winding for many decades with vast experience and knowledge of procedures for the production of carp rods. The excellent properties of Sportex blanks produced directly in Germany together with top Japanese products Fuji or Seaguide (guides, reel sets, rod endings, etc.) form perfect rods, which are tested not only by experts, but also by a large number of sport and recreational anglers.
Our new Paragon Carp series comes with a classic parabolic rod action. The blank, boasting our tried and trusted SPORTEX HT cross-winding technology, provides perfect feel, right into the handle, and makes for fantastic fun when playing a tough fighter. Other noteworthy features are the excellent shock absorbing properties, which mean that the risk of a fish slipping away just before the landing net is very slight. The Paragon Carp also handles wild thrashing movements with ease, buffering them very effectively.
